Fudge (which are made on the premises).
Everything from Clootie Dumpling to Vanilla,
Black Jack to Chocolate Orange and just
about any other flavour you can think
of in-between.
In fact if there is a flavour you would
like to taste we are always open to suggestions
for new recipes.
We also make fudge made from fructose
which has a lower sugar content for those
with specialist diets.
Here at Sugar & Spice you can also
book fudge making demonstrations, which
have proved very popular in the past with
groups, such as WRI, Rural groups etc.
As you can see there is something for
